Thank you for shopping with Layminora Aromas. We take great care in preparing and dispatching every order to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery, and available options.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.
During peak periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and any carrier delays beyond our control.


3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $100 AUD.
Orders under this amount will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.


4. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our location in Clyde VIC 3978 by appointment only.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup details.
Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving to collect your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.
Layminora Aromas is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, Layminora Aromas is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by the courier or postal service.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product at info@layminoraaromas.com, and we will do our best to assist.


8. International Shipping

At this stage, Layminora Aromas ships within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
