Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@layminoraaromas.com, providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
