Where are your products made?
All of our candles, diffusers, and fragrances are handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia using high-quality ingredients and materials. Each product is poured, labelled, and packaged with care in small batches to ensure consistent quality.
What type of wax do you use in your candles?
Our candles are made from soy wax, which burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax. Soy wax is biodegradable, renewable, and free from harmful toxins.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Layminora Aromas products are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.
How can I make my candle last longer?
To get the most from your candle:
- Trim the wick before each burn.
- Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the jar each time.
- Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep away from drafts and direct sunlight.
Do you offer refills?
Yes! We offer refill bottles for our reed diffusers and room sprays. This allows you to reuse your beautiful vessels and reduce waste.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Our reed diffusers typically last up to 3 months, depending on room temperature, airflow, and reed rotation. For a stronger scent, flip the reeds every 5-7 days.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. We offer luxe packaging for a an extra fee or free gift wrapping. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, housewarmings, or special occasions.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available from our location in Clyde VIC 3978 by appointment only. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
What is your return policy?
