This Product Care page has been created to guide you through simple, practical instructions to help ensure the safety, performance, and longevity of your products.

  • Candle Care

To ensure the best burn, fragrance throw, and longevity of your candle, please follow these care tips:

    • Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn to prevent smoking and an uneven flame.
    • Allow a full melt pool on the first burn (until the wax reaches the edges of the jar) to avoid tunnelling.
    • Burn for no longer than 3–4 hours at a time and never leave a candle unattended.
    • Place on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects.
    • Keep the wax free of debris such as wick trimmings or matches.
    • Extinguish safely using a candle snuffer where possible—avoid blowing directly onto the flame.
    • Stop burning when 10mm of wax remains to prevent overheating the container.
  • Reed Diffuser Care

To enjoy a consistent and long-lasting fragrance from your reed diffuser, follow these simple care tips:

    • Place in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and air conditioning to prevent rapid evaporation.
    • Flip the reeds every 3-4 days (or as needed) to refresh and strengthen the scent throw.
    • Use fewer reeds for a lighter fragrance and more reeds for a stronger scent.
    • Avoid placing on delicate or polished surfaces, as fragrance oil may cause damage if spilled. Wipe any spills immediately
    • Keep out of reach of children and pets and avoid skin or eye contact with the oil.
    • Do not light the reeds or ingest the diffuser liquid.
  • Room Spray Care

To get the best performance and safely enjoy your room spray, please follow these care instructions:

    • Shake gently before use to ensure the fragrance is evenly dispersed.
    • Spray into the air, away from your face, body, and eyes.
    • Test on fabrics first before spraying onto linen, curtains, or soft furnishings, as some materials may stain.
    • Avoid direct contact with surfaces, especially polished, painted, or delicate finishes.
    • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
    • Keep out of reach of children and pets and do not ingest.
    • For external use only.
  • Wax Melt Care

For a safe, enjoyable, and long-lasting fragrance experience, please follow these wax melt care instructions:

    • Use only with a suitable wax melt burner designed for wax melts.
    • Do not add water to the wax melt or burner.
    • Place one melt at a time into the burner dish—more is not always better.
    • Use an unscented tea light (if using a traditional burner) and ensure it is the correct size for your burner.
    • Never leave a burner unattended while in use and keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
    • Allow the wax to cool completely before removing or changing scents.
    • Do not overheat—if the scent fades, extinguish the heat source and replace the melt once cooled.
